I have been collecting and polishing stones from the Maine coast since roughly 1969.

The color, pattern, design, shape, and the eloquent simple gold setting make this piece one of my favorites from the Maine coast.

I love this stone so much I handmade a second (cousin) stone from the sourced stone I found on lslesboro, Maine in the winter of 2026.
