This piece and Islesboro Jewelry #10 were cut from the same Islesboro, Maine, source stone.

This portion of the original stone suggested the creation of a long, narrow, 2 3/4 inch by 3/4 inch finished stone.

The resulting long, narrow design created a piece for special occasions, not daily wear. It is for those occasions when you wish to make a statement.
