What do we mean by uniquely diverse agate formations from the “Carver” agate find?

The range of colors is virtually limitless within this formation.  This is unusual because most agate formations have a rather uniform universe of colors.  Specifically, this formation contains a significant amount of green coloration which is geologically rare in West Texas.  There are also rare amethyst geodes and amethyst agate that have been noted in this formation.  These are very rare in West Texas.  No Texas amethyst is presently available for sale on the internet.
